Business Software Transformation Manager

In this challenging position you are responsible for:

The design, management, maintenance and documentation of our core business processes (in collaboration with the IT & Business Process Director)
The design, management, maintenance and documentation of our current business software applications (in collaboration with our external partners)

Having a leading role in our upgrade project to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
The Software Asset Management (SAM) for our business software applications
The 1st line support / helpdesk role for our business software applications
You will develop partnerships with reliable external suppliers in different countries

You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a computer science field or equivalent through experience.
You have proven relevant work experience(s) with some of the following technologies:
- Microsoft Dynamics NAV
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Microsoft Sharepoint
- Microsoft SQL Server Administration
- Microsoft SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS)
- Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Flow, Power BI)
- Microsoft Visual Studio
- InsightSoftware Jet Reports / Jet Analytics
- Datawarehouses - OLAP cubes / MDX
- Product Configuratie Software
- Design Automation
You speak fluent Dutch and English. French language skills are a plus
You are able to deliver conceptual solutions, present them internally and afterwards convert them into workable and reliable solutions for all users. You are seen as a true "business enabler". you also apply the necessary changes to the systems yourself. For larger adjustments, you work together with our external partners, whom you manage and monitor.
Ideally, you have work experience in an operational company (e.g. from a support department).
