The Haerens Group is a fast-growing family business, active in high-tech fire and security doors, international museum installations and high-tech glass under the Eribel, Meyvaert and Haerens brands. Our team consists of more than 230 employees in 2 production sites in Belgium and various hubs abroad. 

Due to the strong international growth within our group, we are looking for a dynamic M/F/X at group level for the role of Group Finance Manager.

This is just the thing for me

As Group Finance Manager you will work closely with the CFO of our Haerens Group and with your financial strategic expertise you will have a challenging international key position within the whole group.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting in all its facets (statutory, fiscal, consolidation, ...)
  • Inspire and drive growth and operational efficiency, both in terms of people, tools and business processes.
  • Coaching the team of internal accountants, both in terms of content and people
  • Contact person for the external financial partners of the entire group (external accountants, consultants, banks, auditors, government services, etc.)
  • Integration of newly acquired activities / entities 

Profile

Professional profile & background

  • Master degree in finance / economics
  • Minimum 5 years relevant work experience
  • Strong background in several of the following areas of expertise: finance, tax, consolidation, M&A treasury, ERP, BI, audit
  • Good trilingualism Dutch, French, English
