DIVA, the museum for diamonds, jewellery and silver, presents the exhibition The Jeweller’s Art: revolutionary jewellery from the 1960s and 70s. The jewellery on show derives from an important private collection, put together over the years by Kimberly Klosterman from Cincinnati in the United States. More than a hundred pieces of jewellery represent the work of international and independent jewellery designers and jewellery houses. Pieces from DIVA’s collection provide a Belgian context, while the exhibition set contributes to a contemporary interpretation of the sixties and seventies. The exhibition runs till March 14th 2021. Meyvaert supplied the wall cases.
The Jeweller's Art - Revolutionary Jewellery from the 1960’s and 1970’s opens online, after its scheduled opening has been postponed due to Corona measures. Do you want more info or visit the virtual tour ? Click here
