Reopened Tennessee State Museum writes history anew

In October the museum's bold new vision will materialize as it reopens in a new 3900m2 facility in Nashville. It will be home to vast collections of artefacts in permanent exhibitions from prehistoric times to recent history. The museum was designed to maximize the visitor's engagement with the state's turbulent past. The galleries are designed for visitors to experience history as if they were walking through the different eras.

Meyvaert's role was to supply recessed and large display cases in the Civil War and Reconstruction gallery. These cases will contain uniforms, weapons, books and other artefacts that give insight in the life of that period.
